Best Kung pao chicken in town. Friendly and efficient service and great prices. I ordered my dish extra spicy and it came out perfect. One of the only places to ever get it right. The Polynesian twist makes all of the dishes really stand out above the competition. This establishment is a Richmond culinary landmark that has been in business since 1976. A must try for anyone who loves good food.

Tiki-tiki is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the West End. We’ve been loyal customers since 2012. Their egg rolls and egg drop soup are the best. It’s always a bonus when the owner remembers your name and really seems to appreciate your business.

The food and service are always fantastic. the cocktails are delicious but be careful because they are also nice and strong! This is my all time favorite chinese restaurant in the greater Richmond area.

This place is outrageous on pricing. I live less then a mile from here. Asked someone to pickup general tso chicken with chicken fried rice. Price was over 25$, and it didn't taste amazing or anything. There are plenty of Chinese places in the area I could order the same for $15. I'm not being cheap. I am just frustrated when I am charged much more for the same product, that other locations have more much less. As it shows someone is charging much more then they need to.Oh well I won't go back here, unless I don't have transportation to go anywhere further to be completely honest.

Got the orange chicken lunch special and steamed dumplings to go. The service was good for ordering and reasonably quick about 15 to 20 minutes but I had to go back in and ask for utensils for the food that I assumed were in the bag only because none were available at the front. The food was that really cheap greasy quality of a meal that's just meant to fill up the customer and to taste decent. The "fried rice" is that just added soy sauce and maybe stirred around a wok kind that's really disappointing, not a vegetable in the entire meal... Overall it was the kind of meal that leaves you full of regret and a little nausea.

I love this little gem of a Chinese food restaurant we try to go every Christmas Eve and a birthday or two here and there .. unfortunately its on the other side of town or we would go more often

Very friendly and good food. Dark and quiet inside but that’s ok sometimes and it’s easy to hear each other talk.

So the guy at the front desk was AMAZING. He was patient with our huge order. He made sure he got everything right and paid attention to our special orders. He broke down everything so we could pay for the orders separately. Great food and excellent service. The house fried rice and pork fried rice were delicious.The shrimp and broccoli actually had "meaty" shrimp you could see.The ribs actually had meat on them.

Very yummy fried food! The Pu-pu platter was great to split between two people, with spare ribs, fried butterfly shrimp, chicken wings, crab Rangoon, and spring rolls. Very filling! We split the apple chicken w/ pineapple sauce and had plenty of left over. I really liked these dishes, though it's a lot of fried food. I'll definitely order from here again, perhaps for pick up/delivery.

Looking for chinese with table cloths and hot saki, then you've found it! Ive eaten here numerous occasions and this restaurant still remains as my number one favorite.

I don't understand 4.5 it is clearly 5 stars!!!! Play nice calm relaxing music professionalism 5 or can I say a 10? Highly impressed from the moment i walked in. I got egg drop soup and egg roll and General TSO's chicken and chicken was white meat. AMAZING!!! I give this place a 10. These people know what they are doing.

Maybe it was just what we ordered? Avoid the bird's nest. You just pick around the noodles looking for the edible bits. And the coconut shrimp was just weird. Sesame chicken was fine I guess. Maybe the worst fried rice I've ever had, though.

The Customer Service here is pretty good weather you eat in, order for take out, or call for delivery. I usually order fried rice with special requests, sometimes they make it right and sometimes my requests get over looked. When I call in to tell about the mistake sometimes I get a great fix and sometimes I don’t. But they have great lunch specials and I understand that not all experiences will come out in my favor. So as long as 4 out of 5 experiences are good, I’ll keep eating there.

I went here with my co worker for lunch. She got beef and broccoli and I got sesame chicken. It was great. The meal also came with fried rice and soup. It was a lot of food and very good. The waitstaff was helpful and very friendly.

A standard Chinese restaurant, dark, but good food for a budget. The only windows are in the front, but the setting is lit, close but not cramped. Hunan chicken and shrimp came with wonton soup. All were good. A singleton can eat for under $10, with tip, which is deserved by the attentive staff.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Third time since moving to Richmond I have ordered takeout. Very difficult to find quality Chinese food....what makes them superior is the Polynesian influence. The Peking duck is ALWAYS perfection....tender....crisp skin...not greasy at all....generous whole duck portions. I have also tried the Cantonese Lobster (again perfection....very difficult to find this old-school dish with a whole chopped up lobster) and the Singapore noodles are delicious. Love this restaurant....will have to "dine in" soon!!!!

Some of the best General Tso's chicken in the area. Fast, friendly and efficient service. It is a nice quiet place where you can have a conversation with your table mates without resorting to shouting. It was a clean and pleasant place to be.

Really good food and reasonable prices. I got the Szechuan chicken and was impressed - except it wasn't spicy even though it said it would be. Service was good and the place was nice. Will go again!

I went to Tiki-Tiki for the first time today and I was so pleased. I feel like it’s the best Chinese restaurant in central Virginia! I’ve not had more delicious meals in a long, long time!I ordered steamed dumplings and a dish from the revolutionary diet menu (no sugar, corn starch and other stuff). The meals were absolutely phenomenal!! I loved every bite, and I was sad when it was over. The portions are very filling, and I love it.Service is stellar. My server was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I will be back for sure!!!
